Meet the Adviser:
Vicki L Wille, RIA
Like many young women of her generation, Vicki L Wille had visions of the traditional roles of wife, mother, and homemaker. Her life’s path began with every expectation of fulfilling those visions.
That path took a sharp turn in an entirely different direction when her marriage ended. As a young mother of three, Vicki drew upon her Midwestern heritage to take steps to balance family priority, professional responsibilities, and personal fulfillment.
The course of Vicki’s personal and professional development is truly inspiring. Her strong work ethic and commitment to client satisfaction propelled her from an entry-level sales assistant position to an award-winning broker and ultimately a Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) and Owner/Principal at Randolph & Associates.
Since opening her firm in 2000 she has managed financial portfolios and created wealth for many high-net-worth clients.
She developed a card game called ‘It’s SoLow’ that promotes social connections within families while aiding in improvement of math and critical thinking skills. She wrote Randee Leads a Charmed Life (penned under her maiden name, Vicki Silberberger), which is a collection of parables illustrating how to live life to its fullest by honoring family traditions and recognizing that positive, life-changing gifts are often disguised as adversity.
She also wrote Four Secrets to Successful Investing, a primer that can make anyone a smarter investor. And her most recent book, TAP: Think Act Prosper & Success Will Find You (How to Become a Lifelong Investor), was published the Summer of 2014.
Vicki’s commitment to community service, along with her belief in critical thinking and living a deliberate life, have led her once again to share her life experiences with others. Vicki’s strategy and insight toward creating self-fulfillment and financial freedom will help her readers reach new heights in all facets of their lives. Her message resonates with audiences of all ages and backgrounds, and stands to inspire and improve the lives of those who hear her message…
“I compare my investment style to going to school: I like stocks that are young but not too young. Around “first grade” is when I like to get in … and then try to stay until “junior high or high school” before I get out. There are factors which may make me leave earlier: corporate management changes, or the product or service goes in a direction which I do not see as beneficial in the long term. At times I lose interest because they are not moving as quickly as I think they should, and so I move on, beginning the process anew with promising young stocks. Thirty years of learning to read these signs as well as my experiences in investing are the basis of my education that I want to share with you as you become a lifelong investor.”
